Salmon Quiche



Ingredients

    1 pie crust (homemade or store bought
    2 tbsp butter
    1/2 cup yellow onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 cup parsley
    4 eggs
    2 cups milk
    2 cups cooked salmon (both filets and canned work well)
    1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

    Salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz cream cheese
Salmon Quiche

How to Make It

    Roll out pie crust and put in pie dish. Saute onion and butter. Add salt, pepper, garlic and parsley. Remove from heat. Beat eggsa nd mix together lightly.

    Crumble salmon and stir into onion mixture. Add milk mixture to the rest of the ingredients. Pour combined ingredients into the pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes or until firm. Eat piping hot! Serves 8.
