Hummus

Ingredients

    1 can garbonzo beans
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
    3 Tbsp olive oil
    1-2 Tbsp Water
    Salt to taste

How to Make It

    Puree all of the ingredients together. Serve with Greek Flatbread cut into triangle. Cut up the following ingredients for stacking on your flatbread.
    Diced Tomato, Sliced Black Olives, Chopped Cucumber, Diced Avocado, Crumbled Feta Cheese
    Tip: If storing of taking for lunch package the hummus, flatbread, and veggies separately to avoid a soggy lunch.
