Ingredients
- 8oz cream cheese
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pimento, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
How to Make It
- Combine sofened cream cheese and mashed potatoes, mix well until well blended.

Add the remaining ingredients. Place in a 1 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings. Enjoy!
