CREAMY POTATO PUFF

Ingredients

8  oz Cream Cheese
4  c Mashed Potatoes
1  Egg, Beaten
1/3 c Onion, Finely Chopped
1/4 c Pimento, Chopped
1 tsp Salt
Dash of Pepper

How To Make

Combine softened cream cheese and mashed potatoes, mix well until well blended. Add remaining ingredients. Place in a 1 Qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6-8
