- 12 ounces Orange Juice Concentrate—Minute Maid Preferred
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons clear vanilla—Mexican Vanilla Preferred
- 6 eggs—Eggland’s Best 100 mgm Omega 3, 25% Less Saturated Fat Eggs Preferred
- Finely Grated Fresh Orange Peel
- Nutmeg

- In blender, place 12 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, 4 cups milk, 1 cup heavy cream and 2 teaspoons of vanilla.
- Starting on low, blend on high at least 30 seconds.
- Add 6 eggs and again starting on low, blend on high an additional 30 seconds.
- Cover and chill at least 30 minutes or as long as 2 days.
- To serve, shake or blend briefly and sprinkle with finely grated orange peel and nutmeg to taste.
