HOLIDAY ORANGE EGGNOG
Makes 10 cups or 20 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 12 ounces Orange Juice Concentrate—Minute Maid Preferred
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons clear vanilla—Mexican Vanilla Preferred
  • 6 eggs—Eggland’s Best 100 mgm Omega 3, 25% Less Saturated Fat Eggs Preferred
  • Finely Grated Fresh Orange Peel
  • Nutmeg
HOW TO MAKE IT
  1. In blender, place 12 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, 4 cups milk, 1 cup heavy cream and 2 teaspoons of vanilla.
  2. Starting on low, blend on high at least 30 seconds.
  3. Add 6 eggs and again starting on low, blend on high an additional 30 seconds. 
  4. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes or as long as 2 days.
  5. To serve, shake or blend briefly and sprinkle with finely grated orange peel and nutmeg to taste. 
  6. Enjoy!
