Our Return Policy We want you to be pleased with all you find at Habitat! For cash or credit card refund for the full amount, returns must be made within 30 days of purchase (excluding gift purchases which may extend to 60 days). Returns must be in original condition, UNUSED, with original box and warranty material. Returns for cash up to $20.00 are accepted with a cash receipt. Amounts exceeding this may be exchanged for merchandise or issued a refund check on our next payables date. Credit card purchases must be returned on the same credit card and number. No merchandise may be returned without a receipt. Restocking Charges apply to all once-tried products. No returns on Seasonal Merchandise: New Year's, Valentine's Day, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Hanukkah. We are not responsible for breakage once the merchandise leaves the store. Even exchanges on new, UNUSED product with receipts is possible up to 60 days after purchase. All gift cards, gift certificates and In-store credits, are only redeemable for merchandise. All Gifts may only be exchanged for other products or In-Store Credit. All special orders require 50% down. Cornerstore Credit processes all returned checks. No returns on food items, soaps, lotions, fragrances and candles.
