Habitat Housewares' Returns Policy
We want you to be pleased with all you find at Habitat!
For cash or credit card refund for the full amount, returns must be made within 14 days of purchase (excluding gift purchases which may extend to 30 days).
Returns must be in original condition, UNUSED, with original box and warranty material.
Returns for cash up to $20.00 are accepted with a cash receipt. Amounts exceeding this may be exchanged for merchandise or issued a refund check on our next payables date.
Credit card purchases must be returned on the same credit card and number.
No merchandise may be returned without a receipt.
Restocking Charges are based on length of time since purchase and Habitat's ability to resell product.
No Returns on Seasonal Merchandise: New Year's, Valentine's Day, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & Hanukkah.
We are not responsible for breakage once the merchandise leaves the store.
Cornerstone Credit processes all returned checks.
Even Exchanges on new, UNUSED products with receipts is possible up to 60 days after purchase.
All Gift Cards, Gift Certificates and store credits are only redeemable for merchandise.
All Special Orders require 50% down.
A complimentary gift wrap is available with each $30 purchase. Additional wraps or gift boxes are $3.00 each.
No Returns on food items, soaps, lotions, fragrances & candles.
All Sales on Special Sale-priced merchandise are Final.
